A 21-day course to heal what keeps us numb, coping, or avoidant of our bodies.
Learn to manage or heal physical pain, recover from exhaustion, understand emotions, release the weight of judgments, and find resilience, safety, self-trust, and joy again.
Life-long skills that integrate into your everyday — creating a new direction for this stage of your life.
If your body feels like something to manage, push through, or criticize, instead of trust.
If you are in your 50s, your body is changing, and you want to work with your body.
If you have never felt truly connected to your body — this is where you start.
You do not need to be fit. This is not an exercise program. You do not need experience.
You just need to be ready to listen to your body.
Every day you get access to a short video in your client portal — 20 to 30 minutes.
You just follow along.
No equipment needed. No experience needed.
Each day builds on the last.
By the end, you have an integrated daily practice, resources, and
a more conscious, loving relationship with your body.
20–30 minutes a day with Coach Lil. Just press play. No equipment, no experience needed.
Follow along, take notes, and keep it forever.
Included on Day 16. Build a clear, body-aligned vision for what this stage of your life can look like.
One every month for three months. Bring your questions, get personal guidance, leave with clarity. This is where the course becomes your practice.
Want more after three months? You can always add sessions.
One call a month for three months, with Coach Lil and the group.
Bring what is coming up. Get personal guidance. Leave knowing exactly what your body needs next. This is where the course becomes your practice.
Lil helps you personalize what you are learning, identify where you are stuck, and build solutions that feel right for your life.
Want more after three months? You can always add sessions.
You wake up knowing what your body needs — and you give it to yourself.
Pain becomes workable. Not ignored, not pushed through.
You learn to be with discomfort instead of bracing against it, and it softens and quiets faster.
You catch the spiral before it takes you. Stress hits, something hurts, you reach for something you don't really want — and now you feel it, name it, and move through it.
You eat with awareness. You start to know the difference between real hunger and the other kind, and food stops being a battle.
You learn your own yes and no. The body signals you've been overriding for years become a compass you can finally trust.
You find pleasure and joy in your body again — not as a reward for fixing it, but as it is, right now.
You bring your body with you everywhere — so this enriches everything.
Practiced consistently, these are the same skills that support real weight-loss goals, help you recover from injury, and help you prevent the next one.
(Lil is also a personal trainer — she knows how the body moves, not just how it feels.)
It makes your therapy land deeper. Your physical therapy more effective. Your workouts more connected. Your relationships softer. Your decisions clearer.
Body Wisdom doesn't replace any of it. It makes all of it more integrated.

For most of her life, Lil knew one way to relate to her body — push harder.
Fifteen years as an undefeated Australian National Wrestling Champion. World championships. Olympic qualifying events. She was built to perform.
Then she broke a vertebra. Then came serious neck damage — waking up in pain in the middle of the night. She went to every professional she could find. No one could fix it.
So she did something she had never done before. She lay down, closed her eyes, and started listening to her body. Her body guided her how to breathe and move. And the pain went away.
That was the first time she met what she now calls the inner physician — the part of you that already knows how to heal. The same one she helps her clients find.
That moment became Body Wisdom. Not a theory. Not a textbook. Something she lived.
Thirty years of working with bodies at every level — elite athletes, everyday people, women who just want to stop hurting and start feeling like themselves again.
She thought her body was letting her down. It was just waiting for her to listen. She built this course for you.
Lil built Body Wisdom for the person who has lost touch with their body — who relates to it through judgment, frustration, or just silence.
Because you can't push your way into a body you love. The criticism, the "not good enough," the war with yourself — that's not the path to change. It's what keeps you stuck.
Real change comes from the other direction: the right mind, the right awareness, and the right attitude — self-love, not self-hatred.
When you come to your body from there, everything downstream gets easier. Movement. Eating. Healing. Showing up for the people you love. You stop fighting yourself and start working with yourself.
That is what she wants for you.

A PDF workbook to keep forever
A 1-hour vision workshop on Day 16
3 live monthly group coaching calls
Lifelong skills that integrate into your everyday
Access to a private course page with all 21 days of videos, plus a bonus video on finding an accountability partner. By the end, you'll have a system that addresses the reasons we don't feel at home in our bodies — and a routine you can easily make part of your life. You also get 3 monthly group calls with Coach Lil to ask questions, go deeper, and develop your personal practice. Ever watched a free video and wished you could ask the creator a question? Now you can. Coach Lil recommends starting here before any 1:1 coaching or personal training.
If you've ever felt disconnected from your body, frustrated by it, or lost the thread back to yourself — this is exactly for you. No fitness required. No experience needed. As long as you have a phone or computer, wifi, a quiet place, and 20 to 30 minutes, you can do this. Even the movement can be done seated.
Coach Lil starts by helping you get clear on your deeper why. After purchasing, you'll get a welcome email with simple instructions. After that, you just follow along and press play — no exertion, no figuring it out on your own. Just you, Coach Lil's voice, and whatever unfolds.
You go at your own pace. Find 20 to 30 minutes in a quiet moment — just not while driving or right before something that needs your full focus. Give yourself a little space afterward to integrate what comes up.
You're not doing this alone. Three live group sessions on Zoom with Coach Lil are included — bring your questions, share what's coming up, and get personal guidance. Coach Lil is committed to making this work for you.
Neither. It's a body awareness course. No couch, no burpees. Through daily videos, journaling, and reflection, you'll learn what your body needs and start to trust it again. The answers come from within you — Coach Lil is your guide.
You go at your own pace. The videos are yours to keep and return to anytime. This is not a streak challenge — it's a practice for life.
There are great free resources, and you're welcome to start there. The trouble is knowing what to search for and spending time hunting for the right thing. Lil has already done that work and gathered the full journey into one course. Plus you get 3 group calls where she can answer your questions, demonstrate, and personalize the practice to what you need — something free videos can't do.
You access the course through a website or smartphone, so you'll need wifi or data. When you purchase, you'll get an email — click the button, create your password, and you're in. We recommend bookmarking the login page so it's easy to find. After that, it's just log in and press play; the next video comes up automatically. There's also a downloadable PDF worksheet — if you'd like help printing it, a younger family member or friend can assist. That's the extent of the technology.
